I’ve given myself an October art challenge of writing and illustrating a horror story, one page a day. It’s not quite happening that quickly, but I should get it to 31 pages by the end of the month. Anyway, now that I’m into it I’m realizing this story probably isn’t too easy to follow if you have to wait a day between pages so I’ll post it here in thirds. If you want to follow it on a semi-daily basis I’m posting it to Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn.

If you know in yourself that you have the power for illustration, you need to improve it! There are thousands of artists who started from scratch. All they have is their talent, and their eagerness to improve it brought them to where they are right now. Drawing for a certain story is kind of hard because you need to follow the flow and you need to get the gist of the part of the story. You need to give the readers that something they can visualize to because that is one of the biggest composition in comics! I will wait for more artworks from you!
