This is a project I've been working on. If it all works out, it will develop into a continuing series/introductory bumpers for the various stories that appear in each issue of "In The Shadow Of The Wasteland" (formerly Night Craft).

These are some personal pieces I've recently completed.They're all done in pen and ink with color added in layers of acrylic washes.

I used Daler & Rowney paints on a couple of these, deviating from my preferred brand of acrylics, Liquitex. They seemed to work pretty well for what I was trying to achieve.

I hope to do a lot more like this in the future. Using actual paints and developing a style with them really helps influence how I handle digital painting software.
