Last year I attempted to draw a horror-themed illustration each day for the month of October. I didn’t quite get to 31. So this year I’m thinking I should do something more unified than just a collection of drawings.
The two ideas I tossed around were for a well-sketched comic book or a children’s illustrated horror book that’s not really for children. The idea I came up with for the comic book seemed like it would take a lot more than an hour or two a day to do it justice so I’m likely to go with the illustrated story idea.
The story is not written yet and I don’t have the characters defined either. But hopefully it will all be written and ready for me to start illustrating on October 1st…
